MONA'S RANCH BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. oil
1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. cider vinegar
2 (1 lb.) cans baked beans
1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, drained

Brown ground beef in oil, pour off the fat, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a large casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
