1 box yellow cake mix
2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
16 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. powdered sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 (16 oz.) cans favorite pie filling

Put fruit filling in bottom of sheet cake pan. Cover with cake mix (dry). Smooth cake mix. Cover mix with 2 sticks butter, melted, mix with brown sugar. Bake in oven 350 for approximately 60 minutes until center is spongy. Let cool then ice.

ICING:

1 stick butter
Cream cheese
Powdered sugar

Mix well. Ice cake. Cover with nuts.
