ONE DISH CHICKEN & STUFFING BAKE | |
4 boneless chicken breast halves 1-1/4 c. boiling water 4 c. Pepperidge Farms Cubed Herb Seasoned Stuffing (can also use Stove top stuffing mix, any flavor) 4 tbsp. butter, melted 1 pinch paprika 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom or 98% fat free 1/3 c. milk 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley flakes Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix water and butter. Add stuffing and mix lightly. In a 3 qt. shallow baking dish spoon stuffing along the center. Arrange chicken on each side of the stuffing and sprinkle with paprika. Mix soup, milk and parsley. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until done. |
