3 c. flour
1 c. solid Parmesan cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 pkgs. yeast
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. warm water
Salt & fresh, coarse ground pepper to taste

Mix above and let rise. Punch down and form into loaves. Let rise until double in size, approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
