2 1/4 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. flake coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Mix cereal, coconut, and nuts. (Save 1/4 cup to garnish top when finished.) Put in 9x13 inch pan. Dot butter. Bake 20-30 minutes at 300 degrees. Stir every 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir in brown sugar. Cool. Spread softened ice cream on top of cereal mixture. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cereal mixture over top of ice cream. Cool in freezer until set.
