MOCHA WALNUT COOKIES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 tbsp. instant coffee dissolved in 2 tsp. boiling water
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter (1 stick), softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt 1/2 cup chocolate over hot water (not boiling). Stir until smooth and cool. In small bowl combine flour, soda and salt. In large bowl combine sugars, butter, coffee and beat until creamy. Add egg and melted chocolate and mix well.

Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in remaining chocolate and nuts. Drop by rounded spoon into ungreased pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. Allow to cool 2 to 3 minutes before removing. Makes about 2 to 3 dozen.
