BEEF HASH 
2 c. chopped cold roast beef or steak
4 tbsp. butter or other fat
2-4 c. chopped, boiled potatoes
Salt & pepper
1 c. roast gravy
1/2-1 c. onion, chopped

Melt butter and add onions. Cook a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally. Cook until it is thick. Very good with cornbread.
