BEEF TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco seasoning (mild or hot)
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. biscuit mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced and diced
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Shredded lettuce
1/2 c. sour cream

Heat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie pan. Cook and stir beef and onion until brown; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and pour into pie pan. Sprinkle with chilies. In another bowl, beat with hand mixer milk, biscuit mix and eggs for 1 minute until smooth. Pour on top of beef mixture and bake 25 minutes. Remove and top with diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake again 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Add lettuce all around. Add sour cream in middle.
