KEY LIME CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

Melt 1/3 cup butter and mix in 1 cup Grapenuts, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup coconut. Press into the bottom of 10 inch springform pan.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 c. lime juice
1 tsp. grated lime rind
1 c. sour cream

Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add 1 egg at a time. Beat well. Add juice and sour cream. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on the topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and spread on top. Bake an additional 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cake will probably fall and crack!!
