BROCCOLI CHEESE CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. butter
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. water or milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. broccoli flowerets

Brown chicken in oil until both sides are browned. Drain fat. Stir in soup, water and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli. Reduce heat and simmer until broccoli and chicken are tender.
