FRENCH SILK PIE 
1 (9 inch) chocolate crust

6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

LAYER 2:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. mixed instant coffee
2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 egg

Cream all ingredients, then add egg. Beat well, spread over chocolate layer and freeze until you serve. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
