1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
boiling water
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
2 tbsp. lime juice
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped until stiff

In large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in water, stir in sweetened condensed milk, pineapple and lime juice. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into greased 8x8 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until set and cut into squares to serve.

This is really yummy! I serve it with scalloped potatoes, ham and green beans and the kids love it!
