EASY CHEESEBURGER BAKE 
6 med. potatoes, cooked & cubed
1 c. sliced onions
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. milk
4 tbsp. barbecue sauce concentrate, divided
1 tbsp. onion flakes
2 tsp. beef soup mix
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
6 slices processed American cheese

Spread potatoes in buttered 8"x12" shallow baking pan. Layer onions on top. In a 2 quart saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Add milk, 2 tablespoons of the barbecue sauce, onion flakes, beef soup mix, black pepper and paprika. Cook, stirring occasionally until thickened. Pour sauce over potatoes. mix beef with remaining 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce. Form 6 patties. Arrange on top of sauce. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Place cheese slices over meat patties. Continue baking for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
