GREEK BREAD 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 lbs. flour
2 packs yeast
3 tsp. whiskey

Mix eggs and sugar together. Melt butter in milk and let cool until warm. Melt yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Sift flour into eggs and sugar. Add salt, cinnamon, whiskey, yeast and finally warm milk with melted butter. Mix together well.

Let stand in bowl for 1 hour until dough rises and punch down. Put into 4 cake or pie pans. Brush top with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let stand in pans another hour until dough rises some more. Bake for 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes 4 loaves.
