SAUSAGE CHOWDER 
1 roll "Jimmy Dean" sausage
5 c. potatoes, diced
1 med. onion, diced
2 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 can cream corn
3 tbsp. parsley
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. American cheese

Fry sausage until done and drain. Set aside.

In large pan add water, salt, potatoes, onion and celery seed. Cook until done, 8-10 minutes. Add sausage, corn, parsley and milk. Heat until warm (do not boil or milk will curdle). Add cheese and serve as soon as cheese melts!
