2 c. plain flour
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
2 c. diced apples

ICING INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

ICING: Heat butter and sugar over low heat. Add milk. Bring to a full boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add vanilla.
