TALLEY RAND 
1 lb. ground beef
2-3 tbsp. salad oil
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 sm. can water
3/4 pkg. noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
2 sm. cans corn niblets
2 cans ripe olives
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 chopped onion

Brown meat in onions and oil. Add tomato sauce, water, noodles. Let simmer until noodles are tender. Add corn niblets and ripe olives. Pour all into casserole. Top with Cheez Whiz. Bake slowly until ready to serve. Half of recipe makes good sized dish.
