OYSTER CASSEROLE 
2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 pt. oysters
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. cream

Mix together crumbs, butter and seasonings. Sprinkle a thin layer on bottom of buttered baking dish. Add a layer of oysters and half the milk and cream. Add more crumbs and rest of oysters, then remaining milk and cream. Cover with remaining crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
