HOT CLAM DIP 
2 cans (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams (do not drain)
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs (or more)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 tsp. oregano
Garlic powder (to taste)
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper

In oven proof dish empty 2 cans minced clams. Mix with bread crumbs. Combine all other ingredients in a small frying pan and heat and mix. Combine sauteed mixture and clam mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered. Serve hot. Yum!

Mixture should be loose not dry.
