HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 cooked, diced chicken breasts
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. minced onion
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Spread in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with 2 cups crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
