HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
1 1/2 c. buttery Wesson oil
3 c. Gold Medal flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 med. size bananas, mashed
1 c. nut meats, chopped (optional)
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Sift flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar together into large mixing bowl. Make a well in center. Pour remaining ingredients into well, mix with a spoon until well combined. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing. May sprinkle with confectioners' sugar while warm, if desired.
