DINNER ROLLS 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
5 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 eggs
5 c. flour (approximately)

Dissolve yeast in the warm water and set aside. Place the shortening, sugar and salt in a large bowl and pour the boiling water over these ingredients and stir until mixed well.

Add the eggs, flour and yeast mixture and mix well.

Place in the refrigerator at least 2 hours. Take out of refrigerator and shape into rolls (Parkerhouse or Pan Rolls). Let raise approximately 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
