CREAMY FRENCH DRESSING 
2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg white
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. powdered dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. cider vinegar

Combine the first 6 ingredients and let stand for an hour. Add remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously with a rotary egg beater. Makes 3 cups.
