SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 pt. or less sauerkraut (not drained nor rinsed if homemade)
1 c. celery, cut up
1 c. green pepper, cut up
1/4 to 1/2 chopped onion
Shredded fresh cabbage, to sauerkraut or as desired

DRESSING:

1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar (cider)

Mix all together, chill for several hours in covered dish. 8 to 10 servings. This is good following day.
