DOUBLE FUDGE CAKE | |
1 box buttery fudge cake mix 4 eggs 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla 1 sm. box chocolate pudding 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 3/4 c. pecans, chopped Coat chips and pecans in a little cake mix. Set aside. Mix cake mix with other ingredients. Fold in nuts and chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes in a tube pan. FROSTING: Melt 3 squares chocolate in 2 tablespoons evaporated milk. Add 1 stick butter and 1 box powdered sugar. |
