TURKEY BURGERS 
8 oz. ground turkey
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. water
1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. ketchup
2 hamburger rolls

In bowl combine turkey, butter, water, broth mix; form into 2 patties.

Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium- high heat; add patties and brown on both sides. Reduce heat to low and add onions; cover pan and cook until done, 5 to 8 minutes.

Top with 2 teaspoons of ketchup and onion slices.
