CRUNCHY ICE CREAM 
2 c. Rice Chex, crushed
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. coconut, plain or toasted
1 c. chopped almonds or pecans
1/2 gallon ice cream, softened

Melt brown sugar and butter. Add dry ingredients. Put half into 1 1/2 quart oblong casserole. Add soft ice cream and rest of dry ingredients on top. Chill.
