CHOCOLATE CRACKERS 
4 (1 oz.) sq. of unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in oil and brown sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Mix flour and baking powder together, then mix into moist ingredients. Cover and chill until stiff (about 30 minutes). Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Roll pieces of batter into 1 inch balls then roll balls in powdered sugar until coated. Place on lightly greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies appear cracked.
