MARINARA SAUCE 
4 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. pure virgin olive oil
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 lg. can peeled plum tomatoes
1 c. chopped parsley
Dash of oregano
Basil to taste & create aroma
Optional extras: mushrooms, Greek olives - diced, Italian olives - diced

Use a wok or large frying pan. Heat your pan, put in olive oil and garlic. As soon as you can smell the garlic, add all the tomatoes, parsley, basil, oregano and optionals. Do not brown the garlic. Let cook for 45 minutes. Stir frequently. Best served immediately. Great with linguine.
