ROTINI AND VEGETABLES 
2 tbsp. oil
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 zucchini, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil
3 c. cooked rotini
Grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oil, saute next 8 ingredients slowly for 10 minutes. Add cooked, drained rotini to vegetables; heat through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 6.
