CUCUMBER SOUP 
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Black pepper
3 c. milk
1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 med. size cucumber, washed, unpeeled, grated or shredded
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Sprinkle flour, salt, paprika and pepper over milk in top of a double boiler. Add egg and beat until well blended. Add bouillon cube, onion and cucumber. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until thick. This should be about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat, gradually stir in lemon juice. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
