TOMATO-PASTA SALAD 
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. snipped parsley
2 tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/8 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni shells

Mix tomatoes, onions, parsley, oil, salt, basil, and pepper. Prepare macaroni as directed. Toss with tomato mixture, cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
