JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2/3 c. milk
3 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen

Wash, dry and flour berries. Mix flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients to cream mixture (alternating with milk). Add vanilla and berries. Fill to top of paper cup or well-greased muffin tin. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Delicious!
