1 c. butter
1/4 c. confectioners sugar

2 c. all purpose flour

1 c. chopped pecan meats

Form into small rolls, 1 1/2 inch long. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven (300 degrees) 20 minutes or until delicately browned. While warm, roll in confectioners sugar. Yield: 3 dozen.
