CREAMED BEANS AND POTATOES 
4 medium red potatoes, cut into wedges
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen beans OR peas
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 C milk

Place potatoes in a saucepan; cover with water and cook until tender. Cook beans according to package directions.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.

Drain potatoes and beans; place in serving bowl. Add sauce and stir to coat.

Yields 6 servings.
