COFFEE TAPIOCA PUDDING 
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. tapioca
2 c. hot coffee
1/3 c. raisins

Cook slowly until pudding thickens. Let cool. Fold in: 1/3 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla

Spoon into serving dish and chill. Serves 6 to 8.
