PUMPKIN-RAISIN LOAVES 
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. pumpkin (canned)
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/3 c. water
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Combine first five ingredients and mix well. Add remaining 4 ingredients. hand mix raisins into batter. Place ingredients into 2 well greased loaf pans and bake in preheated oven set at 350 degrees. Bake until tester returns dry from the center of the loaf.
