1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, finely crushed
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. milk
3 oz. box French vanilla instant pudding

With beater, cream together butter, cream cheese and confectioners sugar. In another bowl beat pudding mix and milk. Add Cool Whip and combine with cream cheese mixture.

In a flower pot or 11x17 pan layer 1/2 of finely crushed cookies. Pour pudding mixture over top; top with remaining mixture. Refrigerate. Tip: Add gummy worms for some fun!
