WALNUT PINWHEELS 
DOUGH:

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter

FILLING:

2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg

Mix together dough ingredients and refrigerate. Mix together filling. Roll half of dough out to 9-inch square about 1/4 inch thick. Spread half of filling over dough and roll up jelly roll style. Repeat with rest of dough and filling. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
