CROCK-POT MACARONI 
8 oz. uncooked macaroni
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
3 c. shredded med. or sharp cheese
1 stick butter, cut in half
2 eggs
Salt and pepper

Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain. Mix together macaroni, evaporated milk and plain milk. Add eggs and 1/2 stick melted butter. Add 2 1/2 cups cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Grease crock-pot with remaining butter.

Pour macaroni and cheese mixture into crock-pot. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cheese over the top. Cover. Set temperature for low and leave alone for 3 1/2 hours. This recipe is great for holidays when the oven is already full. Serves 8-10.
