EASY BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. water

Stir well and put in baking dish with lid for 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. (Don't peek.) Serve over noodles or rice.
