SUPREME TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. noodles
2 cans tuna
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. peas and carrots
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. garlic

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter

Cook noodles, drain. In bowl mix tuna, peas, carrots, milk, and sour cream. Saute onions and celery in butter. Add to mixture. Season. Pour into baking dish.

Mix bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese and butter. Sprinkle on casserole. Bake 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes.
