SUPER RICE SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can nacho cheese soup
2 c. water
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, corn and red peppers
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed tortilla chips

Mix beef, soup, water, vegetables and seasoning. Mix in large skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 2 minutes. Stir in rice. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese and chips.
