RAVIOLI SOUP 
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced carrots
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans water
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Red pepper (optional)
Salt, pepper
20 oz. spaghetti sauce
Pkg. of 48 frozen ravioli

Cook ravioli according to package directions. Saute celery, onions and carrots in large soup pot. Add broth and water and boil 15 minutes. Add parsley, spaghetti sauce and cooked ravioli. Simmer 1/2 hour. Serves 6-8.
