FRESH CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 c. fresh cranberries
1 med. apple, cored
1/2 med. banana, mashed
1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple
Artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar

HINT: The riper the banana the sweeter the relish.

Use food grinder or food processor to grind cranberries and apple. Add to remaining ingredients in bowl. Chill before serving. 4 servings, each serving = 1 fruit.
