6 oz. real chocolate chips
12 oz. jar creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. box Crispix cereal
1 lb. powdered sugar

Melt chips, peanut butter and butter. Add cereal and mix. In a paper bag or use large bowl with cover, shake mix with powdered sugar until mix is all coated.
