PINEAPPLE DROP COOKIES 
Cream together:

1 1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, unbeaten

Add:

1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (No. 2 can), drained
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift together:

5 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Combine all ingredients and drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
