REESE-TYPE BARS 
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
2 tbsp. oil

Combine first 6 ingredients with 2 tablespoons water in large bowl, beating until well blended and mixture forms a ball. Pat into 9x9 or 7x11-inch pan, smoothing top. Melt and blend remaining ingredients together in double boiler. Spread smoothly over peanut butter mixture. Cut into squares when cooled.
