JAMBALAYA 
2 pork sausage links, sliced
2 hot sausage links, sliced
1 c. cubed ham
2-3 lbs. shrimp (opt.)
1 sm. onion, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
Few sprigs parsley, chopped
Dash of thyme
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. cooked rice
Salt & pepper

Saute first 8 ingredients in skillet. Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer for 45 minutes. Stir in cooked rice and cook 5 minutes longer. Salt and pepper to taste.
