DONNELLY CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies
1 stick butter

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies until fine. Add butter and blend with pastry blender. Pat mixture into 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Set aside. Cream eggs, lemon juice, vanilla and salt; mix until creamy. Pour over crust and bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

In small bowl, beat together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour mixture on top of baked filling and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Chill. Serve with strawberry, cherry or blueberry topping. Serves 20.
